OWST - International Customer Policy

1. International Shipping

.OWST ships to most countries around the world.

.Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

.Estimated international shipping time: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

.Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available to select countries for orders that meet a certain value threshold.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

.OWST does not offer international returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered.

.In such cases, please contact OWST within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the item along with your order confirmation.

.Once the issue is verified, we will offer a refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

.Please note: Due to production processes, product dimensions may vary by 1%–3%. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for size discrepancies within this range.

3. Payment
